SMS Program Overview

Roofana operates two SMS programs through GoHighLevel messaging infrastructure:

  • Transactional SMS: Messages related to your quote, order, install scheduling, and project status.
  • Marketing SMS: Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and partner communications.

How to Subscribe

You can subscribe to Roofana SMS by:

  • Checking the SMS consent boxes when requesting a quote at roofana.com
  • Checking the SMS consent boxes when signing up as a roofing partner or realtor

Consent is given on a per-program basis. You may consent to transactional only, marketing only, both, or neither.

Message Frequency

Transactional: Variable based on order activity. A typical active roof order receives 5 to 15 messages over 4 to 8 weeks (quote delivery, install scheduling, day-of-install notifications, photo approvals, payment receipts, warranty activation).

Marketing: Up to 4 messages per month.

Partner/Realtor: Variable based on active engagement. Job offers, payment notifications, and account activity generate messages as relevant.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Roofana does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Check with your carrier for specific rates.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Roofana text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages from that program.

Opting out of transactional SMS does not cancel your order or affect your account. Active orders will continue but updates will come via email and phone calls.

Supported Carriers

Roofana SMS works on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligible Phone Numbers

Roofana SMS is available to phone numbers with U.S. ZIP codes only. International numbers are not supported. The phone number you provide must be capable of receiving SMS.

Consent and the TCPA

Roofana's SMS programs comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state laws.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing Roofana products or services, or of participating in our partner or realtor programs. You can choose to receive communications by email and phone only.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent boxes, you agree to receive automated text messages from Roofana at that number. You confirm that the phone number provided is your own, and that you have authority to consent on that number.

Privacy

Information collected through SMS interactions is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or SMS interaction data to third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by SMS or email before taking effect.
